Secure venue account recovery
For nominated venue users who cannot access their registered email account or suspect their password has been compromised. Forgotten passwords can be reset using the normal password-reset link.
Stow & Go verifies requests using a previously established contact channel, and can temporarily suspend venue access during the review.
Recovery requires Stow & Go to verify the named individual using existing trusted business contacts before restoring dashboard access. The user must reset any compromised password first. Bank-detail changes require separate verification.
